A native of south Pennsylvania, from the historic city of Chambersburg, Gary has been in the insurance industry for over 3 decades. Gary gets most excited about the prospect of helping people through the navigation of the insurance world and helping through education on making the best decisions for his clients and his clients’ families.
On a personal level, Gary spends his free time giving back to the community by dedicating his time to the Lions Club International, where he can see the impact the organization has on people all over the world. Additionally, he enjoys sampling different flavors of craft beer and can be found enjoying the outdoors while biking, running, and hiking.
Missy Shetter

Missy has been working within the insurance industry for over 30 years now. Her many years of experience are made obvious by her natural ability to serve others. As a veteran member of the GMS Insurance team, Missy uses her knowledge of the industry to create lasting connections with customers to understand and meet their unique insurance needs.
Missy was born and raised in Everett, PA. She most enjoys spending quality time with her family. Her grandchildren and time spent with them are her greatest joy. She and Gary like to visit new places and explore new things.
Lisa Browell

Lisa has been working for GMS Insurance for over 20 years. During her time here, she has been able to form connections with the policyholders who come in regularly. Lisa strives to answer all their insurance needs and to help them better understand the coverages they carry and why.
She was born in Bedford, Pennsylvania, and now lives outside Everett, Pennsylvania. When she is not working, Lisa enjoys visiting her loved ones, especially her granddaughter and 2 daughters.
Lisa also likes to spend time at home with her pets! Whenever she is not cuddled up with her furry friends, she enjoys gardening or working on special projects around the house.
Kirsten College
Agent
Kirsten is our hometown hero from Everett, PA. She enjoys helping our current clients and meeting new ones to help them with their insurance needs. The insurance world could be confusing, so her favorite aspects of being part of the agency include educating in the basics of insurance and helping generate quotes that are specific to people’s needs.
Her pride and joy come from her two children and her husband. Kirsten’s free time is mostly spent with family. They enjoy going on small road trips to explore new places and experiences with each other.
Helen Grim
Agent
Helen is our local liaison. Born and raised in Altoona, she is the perfect fit for our agency because she comes straight out of the direct community we serve. She has a passion for people and doing everything she can to help especially with their insurance needs.
Helen most enjoys spending time with her grandson. She also enjoys people watching and studying how they act in different situations. Her free time is usually spent running errands to support her friends and family.
